Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta using a Paypal Secure Server so that you can be confident that your details will be collected safely.
Other payment options on checkout are: Cheque by post (we will notify you when we receive your cheque, allow 5 days after this to clear payment). Use the "cheque" option if sending Postal Orders, these do not need time to clear. Please make cheques payable to "The Party Shop". Please do not send cash as we can not be held responsible for non receipt of cash by post.

We are a small family run business and we are not VAT registered. The price displayed is all you pay.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only held by the secure payment provider. We never see your credit card details. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All items are packed and sent with care. Customers should report any damage or breakages within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will always obtain proof of delivery and do our best to send your goods within the time specified - any delay by Royal Mail or any other delivery company is beyond our control.
